Spring session #3: Tues. Jan 2- Mon. Mar 4 (No class 2/19)
Spring Session #4: MoN. Mar 11- Fri. May 17 (No CLass 3/25 - 3/29)
This 45-minute class co-ed is designed for children 18 months-3 years old & requires ONE active buddy--parent, caregiver, etc (no additional babies or siblings are allowed in class). As an introductory class in movement education, children begin to develop physical strength and coordination, as well as balance & agility at an early age. But the greatest aspect of this class is the interaction between buddies and their children.
This 45 minute co-ed class is for children 3 years old & is the first class our students are allowed to participate in all by themselves! Coaches will promote physical fitness, in addition to introducing basic gymnastics skills on vault bars, beam, floor, & more! Students are encouraged to discover turn-taking, manners & other early childhood social skills as well as developing body awareness, coordination, & cooperative learning.
This 55 minute co-ed class is for children 4 years old & new 5 year olds leads into our Recreational Program. Children will be encouraged to master progressively more difficult gymnastics skills. They also continue to experience gymnastics fun in the form of Tumbltrak jumping, Loose-foam pit play & trench slide stations.
This 55-minute (1x/week) beginner class exposes students to foundational gymnastics skills, body form & positions, strength, and flexibility. Students progress at their own pace on all four Olympic apparatuses--Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Major skills required for promotion to the next level include (but are not limited to):
*No Pre-Requisite Skills Required. Students must be 5+ to join.
This 90-minute (1x/week) intermediate class is designed to slightly increase the training intensity placed on students while allowing them to continue to progress at their own pace.
